Hello, welcomed in the club. I am having the same shitty situation, which just went from bad to worse.
The fking relay is not online even if is listed in the router connected items.
same here and absolutely no response to my queries sent into the system
does anyone know if they ever actually perform customer service? Or do they just leave us to complain to each other here?
they did supported in the past. curently the help line is not very active.
meanwhile my issue dissapeared by itself. let's how long this miracle will take place ...
