Netatmo won't connect to the cloud
My Netatmo relay won't pair with cloud. It works locally but is not visible in my account. Trying to factory reset it doesn't change the LED behavior. Please disconnect this relay from all previous accounts.

The relay is connected to the WIFI network and is visible in it. After holding the button and connecting the power, the relay flashes 5 times quickly, then does not flash for 1 second, then flashes quickly again. Holding the button for 30 seconds does not help. The app does not see it and it is not visible on Bluetooth devices either. Tested on another Android device and on iOS.
Please tell me how to reset to factory settings.
Do not send general procedures, we have already tried them. I tried and verified all the steps before contacting you. I am an IT worker.
The relay is connected to the same 2.4 GHz wifi network as the Android phone Samsung S24 Ultra and is visible in it (checked on the wifi router). I HAVE NO PROBLEM with connecting the relay to wifi.
THE PROBLEM IS WITH CONNECTING USING THE APP TO THE RELAY AND TO THE CLOUD
