connection problem
Good afternoon,
Does Netatmo have a connection problem at the moment? My app can not connect to the Netatmo servers.

I bought a new Presence camera today as a second device. There is no way to get it into the app. I try since about 7 hours to get it connected. So annoying. My old
one is running fine.
I think there is a problem at netatmo and i am searching for a product from another facturer and send it back.
They have a lot problems These days
I have 2 floodlight cameras one at home and one in another . My older one went off after an electrician switched the mains off and on several times and hasn't connected since, ( presumably unable to connect to fibre broadband or completely dead )
The other one has no issues whatsoever ( touch wood ) but it is linked to a low level stand alone router that uses a sim card and I have turned the 5g off . It still records video and sends alerts .
