Why can Netatmo not honour their promises?????
My third attempt to resolve the early low-battery failure of my two smoke detectors. The first attempt was for a single detector, where Netatmo sent me a voucher to replace it free of charge. However, the smoke detector was out of stock on the website for so long that the voucher had expired. Since then, the other smoke detector has failed, yet Netatmo still fails to resolve the situation correctly.

Also, please note that the Netatmo customer service site does not adequately protect personal information uploaded to the Netatmo customer service support portal, in clear breach of UK data protection and European GDPR regulations. The links to personal documents uploaded to the customer support site were accessible from the links in my original post. I had to remove the links from the forum post to protect my personal data.

You replied with invoices, which was noted. However, in the second email, our agent again requested a picture of the back of the device. Since April 13th, we have not received any further response from you.
