I have given up with them too. They wanted 44 Euro to repair but I would have had to send the thermostat back to France and bodge a temporary fix to run the boiler as they wanted the relay as well...

I have the same problem, batteries used to last for months, now they only last for a few days. If Netamo can't offer a solution, I will change the whole system. Fortunately the thermostat only runs...
