if I try to submit a message to the support, the page will not refresh and it seems that the message is not sent... unbelievable Netatmo .... will never by a product from this company !!

I found this Post, because my third cam showed the Error "0097-00003" , the two older once don't show that error but still can not connect to the new WiFi.. https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/de/com...

Both cameras worked perfect, then, a time ago, they stoped working and i was not able to reconnect both cameras. I thought the cameras are defect or a firmware-update destroyed the cameras. But yes...
