Still no firmware update for my video doorbell - how to get it?
My video doorbell still has firmware version 2.22.4.
How come it isn't updated yet to 2.26.0 (from December 2023..)
How to get it?

Hello, you can try to power off your doorbells power supply, wait at least for 2-3 minutes (the internal battery should be discharged until it has no connection in the app) and power it back on. After some time it will update automatically with some patience of course.

Can you do fw update via microusb?
I have no idea how to do that.
@da_toni thanks for the tip, today I had an issue with the SD card of the doorbell, I formatted it and attached the bell to the power again. Then the update process started and completed in 5 minutes.
