Hello, Yes.
The inside battery was not charge.
I was told to do this with USB cable beside the SD card.
But, battery was defekt on I swap it
You swapped the battery or the whole Smart Video Doorbell?
I have one there was moist damaged and bought a new second hand with this failure.
Then I took the battery from the old one and place it in 2nd hand and was up running

Amazon. It's a 3.7V 300mAh battery, 33x20x5mm. I paid 11€ for it.

Hi, does anyone know how easy it is to change the battery? There are three screws on the back which I have taken out but I am hesitant to prize the back off incase I damage something.
