They may have to unblock the cameras before you can pair them ... you may need to send a photo of the s/n number of each camera in order to do so
( remove the grille that you have to in order to access the sd card and you will see the s/n number there ) . They can take a few days to respond but I have found they always do .
( I was unable to link my two cameras to HomeKit after I deleted HomeKit to install number 2 , but to be honest I didn't try very hard as I myself saw no advantage in using it )

Somewhere on here there is a troubleshooting section and when you cannot progress there is a link to request help . You can also reach it via the app when you try to select set up if I remember.
