TA1 should be the correct terminal to connect a thermostat.
Unless another thermostat was installed before, there should be a bridge cable that has to be removed before connecting the Netatmo Thermostat.

You can make a simple test by adding/removing the bridge cable from the TA1 terminal. With the bridge installed the boiler should fire when switching on the power, without the bridge it should not.
If that is the case then the boiler settings are correct and you have to remove the bridge and connect the black/grey wires of the Netatmo Relais to it (polarity not important). The blue/brown wires have to be connected to a power source and then the Netatmo Thermostat should be able the control the boiler.

If the „bridge cable test“ was successful but it doesn’t work with the Thermostat connected then the Thermostat might be defective or there is an issue with the settings.

When I opened the circuit box, there was already a jumper with a connector on TA1.
I simply removed the jumper and connected the black and grey cable to TA1.
    It didn't work.

With the jumper that was previously on TA1, whenever I turn on the boiler from the plug, only the hot water is activated and the radiator boiler does not activate.

„only the hot water is activated and the radiator boiler does not activate“

You mean hot water like in your bathtub/shower but radiator heating didn‘t work before either?
