Can't install my 2 new cams in the app
I have 3 Netatmo Presence working fine on a wifi-network dedicated for security.
In the security app from Netatmo and in Apple home app.
I now purchased 2 new ones and wanted to install the as well. I can't get them to connect to security app or apple home.
As i know i have to be on the same wifi-network with my iPhone as the cams should work afterwards.
I showed the red card to reset the new cam and waited after the 5 fast flashs until the cam flashes once per second.
Then go to add new product -> Netatmo -> Smarte Aussencamera -> weiter -> Dies Zubehör wird für den Zugriff auf dieses Netzwerk konfiguriert (my wifi-network) -> add to home -> Kopplung starten -> scan the code -> doen't work (Gerät kann nicht hinzugefügt werden, Objekt nicht gefunden) -> ok -> skip Apple home -> Informationen zu deinem Netzwerk werden gesammelt -> Netzwerk (richtiges) -> weiter -> Mit "mein Netzwerk" verbinden -> cam still flashes once per second -> Ein unerwarteter Fehler ist aufgetreten!

The fact that camera flash red is a good sign
Just make sure your mobile & internet is on 2.4 ghz
