NWS03OUT Weather Station Outdoor Unit - Australia Abandoned

Hello Netatmo. We love your products as many Australians do and I see last year you said on this forum you would talk to the Office about better service with providing spare outdoor weather stations in Australia. Your solution back then was to get someone in the EU to buy it for you and send it. 

I can report a year later that this has not changed and my family has been searching through your affiliates and can report nothing but confusion and disinterest.

So, I once again along with Doug and others who have contacted you as you for better support. I'll even suggest you use Bunnings Australia for the connection because they sell Legrand products and they have enormous purchasing power (an market dominance). they are also big on chasing up stuff for you. If you sent 10 outdoors to them, they would sell immediately, I'm sure. So, connect with them and your Australian market will sing.
