Multiple issues - horrible support experience

Over the years I purchased multiple Netatmo products, recommended them to friends and even promoted them as part of my iot work. I will no longer do any of that. I’ve been waiting for support for over a month before Bastian reached out, brushing it off as. “System issues” and asking how he can help. From that moment, he responded once, twice at most, a day. This is not fixing or dealing with- this is gaslighting . I have issues with a Smoke Alarm, shipped the wrong power adapter for a camera and was sent a refurbished unit despite me buying a new kit (according to the website ). To summarise, bad shopping experience, horrendous support experience, and no one to complain to. This is not a support request - this is just an accurate log of events for me since mid December. Trying to return my recent purchase is also delayed with their return partner not responding and not producing the shipping labels. This brand is tarnished for me.
