connection problem

Does Netatmo have a connection problem at the moment? My app can not connect to the Netatmo servers.

I bought a new Presence camera today as a second device. There is no way to get it into the app. I try since about 7 hours to get it connected. So annoying. My old
one is running fine.
I think there is a problem at netatmo and i am searching for a product from another facturer and send it back.
da ieri le mie telecamere non registrano più gli eventi o se le registra io non le vedo dal dispositivo android
