I purchased a Netatmo Presence camera 12 De. 24. The floodlight and IR have stopped working. I use it for security at my home and car. How can I proceed to have a replacement quickly. Thankyou.

Floodlight and IR not working. I have tried a couple of times power down and reset. But that has not fixed the issue. I purchased this second outdoor camera 12 Dec 2024.
