so no one opened the device and found a possibility to fix it i guess. ? Does not look like a software but rather a hardware issue to me

on/off i tried already (power cycle) but no change

I have the same issue here on 2/3 cams. I can even hear the "klick" when i turn on the light in the app but nothing happens. For me it looks lik the light is somehow broken. But no help here...?
