Viessmann Vitodens 100-w BK1C (model year 2018-2020) compatibility with Netatmo OpenTherm Thermostat

I bought the thermostat and connected it to the gas boiler, but the heating won’t start. The green light on the relay is on, but there’s no response from the boiler. The cables have been checked and are connected to the correct terminal. Is there officially confirmed compatibility with the specific gas boiler model?

    You mean a B1KC, not BK1C right?
    Does the boiler display any error code, like A9?
    Which would be „Communication error, OpenTherm device“.

    Yes, B1KC. No, there is no error code on the display.
