I have changed my router to a ‘Three’ network 5g router but the camera connection keeps going off I it detects a movement it comes on then immediately goes off. I have rebooted all many tomes but will not hold connection. The router is set for. 2.4 and 5 g. All others items are functioning properly. Is my router or my camera faulty?
Most likely the camera . Have you tried removing or replacing the sd card ?
If you can label the 2.4g bandwidth differently then it will enable the camera to connect only to 2.4g as it will not work with 5g .
At my other place I use a router with cheap sim card and switch the 5 g off . No issues so far 🙏 . My home has fibre and it has stopped working since an electrician came in and messed up my fuse box and camera!
