I have the same problem for sdays now, what is the proper support channel? On your site it states that at the bottom of this page, there should be a button for support. There is none.

can you please help me my app is not functioning because the relais is not connected to the wifi, i have installed it agian and again, there mus t be a problem on your side, both my office and home...
