This situation appears only with an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. There are two reasons:
- You assigned your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor to a different room from the one you assigned during the previous configuration.
- You changed the name of your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor in the advanced settings.
During configuration, the app copies the name of the assigned room to the name in the advanced settings. This name is registered in the Netatmo Cloud. You can change it on the advanced settings for your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor. This name has no meaning. It is the name displayed on the Android app.
The name in parentheses is the name registered in Netatmo Cloud. It is preceded by the name of the HomeKit room to which Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor is assigned.
In order to hide the name in parentheses, please verify that the name indicated in the advanced settings for your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor is exactly the same as the name of the HomeKit room to which your product is assigned.
