I am no longer receiving my Smart Door and Window Sensor notifications. What should I do?

There are several reasons that may explain why you are no longer receiving notifications:

  • It may be that your Sensor is “inaccessible”. In this situation, please consult this article.
  • Check your notification settings: go to the Home + Security app > Settings> Change security settings > [product's category].
  • If your Sensor is missing a relevant movement, please consult this article.
  • Finally, verify that notifications are enabled for the Home + Security application, from the settings of your phone or tablet.
