I am no longer receiving my Smart Door and Window Sensor notifications. What should I do?

There are several reasons that may explain why you are no longer receiving notifications:

  • It may be that your Sensor is “inaccessible”. In this situation, please consult this article.
  • Verify your notification settings in the Home+Security application. To get there from the dashboard, touch and hold the icon for your Sensor (mobile app) or click the wheel (web application) and choose “edit”.
  • If your Sensor is missing a relevant movement, please consult this article.
  • Finally, verify that notifications are enabled for the Home+Security application, from the settings of your phone or tablet.
