By deleting your account, all personal data linked to it and giving access to the various services provided by Netatmo and Legrand Home + Applications will be deleted from all our servers.
Important notes
There is no need to delete your account under the following circumstances:
- When experiencing difficulties with the installation or reinstallation of a product
- When changing your residence (multiple “Homes” can be associated with the same account)
- When temporarily ceasing the use of the products
Account deletion is only advisable if you intend to permanently stop using your products and wish to erase all records of previous purchases and usage, including all personal data.
If you are experiencing any difficulties relating to Netatmo products, please contact our Customer Service Team by selecting the article that most closely matches your question in the "Products" category, and click on ''Submit a Request'' at the end of the article.
Attention!
- Deleting your account implies that you will permanently lose access to all products linked to this account and associated services.
- All requests created in our Help Center with this account will be deleted, including those currently open!
- This process is irreversible.
If you still wish to delete your account, please follow this process:
- Login with the account to delete,
- Click on the "Submit a request" button below,
- Fill the form with all requested details,
- Click on "Submit".
Your account will then be deleted within 30 working days.
