You can find the MAC address of your Healthy Home Coach device in the settings of the application > Advanced parameters > name of your Healthy Home Coach. You can also find the serial number on your product (a letter followed by 6 characters).
Healthy Home Coach: gxxxxxx (you can identify your Healthy Home Coach’s MAC address from the serial number. Simply replace the letter g with 70:ee:50 then insert two double-digit numbers separated by a colon.
For example, if the serial number is g00201c then the MAC address will be 70:ee:50:00:20:1c
