Important: When setting up Healthy Home Coach with a smartphone, the product must be continuously powered using the provided power adapter.
Configuration with an Android phone
- Activate the cell phone's Bluetooth.
- Connect your mobile to the Wi-Fi network that you intend to use for Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor.
- In the app, on the drawer (the icon at top left), go to “Install a new Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor.” Then follow the instructions.
When you configure Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor with a smartphone, Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor is powered using the provided adapter and the smartphone is connected to Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor using Bluetooth. You need to have your phone’s Bluetooth turned on. To turn on Bluetooth, please go to your phone’s settings menu.
Configuration with an iPhone or iPad
- Activate the cell phone's Wi-Fi.
- Connect your mobile to the Wi-Fi network that you intend to use for Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor.
- In the app, on the drawer (the icon with 3 lines at top left), go to “Install a new Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor.” Then follow the instructions.
When you configure Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor is powered using the provided adapter and the smartphone is connected to Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor using Wi-Fi. You need to have your phone’s Wi-Fi turned on. To turn on the Wi-Fi, please go to your phone’s settings menu.
Configuration with a Mac or PC
If installation with the Netatmo Home Coach mobile app is unsuccessful, you must then install the device with the Wizard on your computer.

Connect the Home Coach to your computer with a USB cable and follow the steps until the installation is complete:
(This wizard is intended for the weather station but also works for the Home Coach).
Afterwards, you will be able to use it with your mobile application.
