Low battery

Hi, I bought 3 smart smoke detectors in december 2019. One of them reports low battery now, the other repoets 25% battery and the last one 100% battery. How do I proceed to get the smoke detector with low battery warning replaced? I assume this is a warrsnty issue? The store I bought them from said I have to conteact the manufactorer.

    Hello!
    My smoke alarm has low battery after 5 year sign 03 2019 end 03 2029 in the unit. That is in half time and i think that is only half of the time that is promised. What will i do?

    De aangeschafte Netatmo Slimme Rookmelder is van het jaar 11/2020 met 10 jaar bedrijfstijd tot 11/2030.
    Helaas geeft de unit reeds nu een melding dat de batterijen aan einde levensduur zijn.
    Dat is nog geen 50% van de gegarandeerde levensduur!
    Zie bijgaande foto met type en serienummer incl. aanduiding levensduur batterijen.

    de Slimme Rookmelder dient vervangen door een nieuwe met betere prestaties.
