New Website - the worst Thing ever :-(

I've used Netatmo now more than 6 years! The new Website to view all my sensors, distributed throughout the House, inside and outside: ist's a SHAME! Before you could easily add all your wanted sensors in the Dashboard, easily scroll down and you saw all curves ... It was great! Now, you get a single curves, you have to click and click and click to Change anything. You are Not Sure what you are doing AND when selecting this new called Dashboard, you see only Temperatures, but Not all - the outside Temperaturen which ist below 10°C are not shown! Does developers nowasays do not learn how to program? Are they only searching in the Internet, putting any parts of Code together they find. There ist a reason, why you suddenly do not find any contact addresses to Tell Netatmo again and again, how terrible the new Website ist. A Hobby programmer maybe can be proud, but for a professional, IT IS a SHAME! Netatmo Weather is not longer smart and I will have a look for smarter products than Netatmo :-(

    Don't invest in Netatmo if you are a weather freak. The resolution is horrible! 10 - 30 minutes before you can se what's happening. You will miss the highest wind speed/rain downfall. Complete waist of money. Just another wireless gimmick

    Astounded by the disregard/gaslighting by netamo. Best solution is dump it all in the trash! 

    It is obvious that Netatmo really do not give a monkeys whatsit about customer thoughts / opinions.

    I still think their hardware is great and the one time I needed their customer service they were very helpful. It's also good that they're not forcing people into subscription horseshit. We shouldn't have to see that as a positive but the world is what it is.
    My only complaint is their software (and website) that started out fine has been getting worse and worse and worse over time.
    99% of the time I don't care because Home Assistant is my interface but every time I do need to fall back to their stuff I find it's somehow found a way to plumb new depths of terrible.
    Long-term this will absolutely kill the product regardless of any other positive aspects.

    I am also one that agrees with all the posts here. The new website is awful and unusable. They are not going to fix, because if they were they would have done it already.

    I am selling all my Netatmo products (and I have a lot) and never buying from them again.

    Now I don't complain anymore but every day something stops working correctly and after months the situation gets worse, worse, worse... the site is all wrong, full of malfunctions and it keeps getting worse, I should open at least 20 tickets but I'll give it up.
