I've used Netatmo now more than 6 years!
The new Website to view all my sensors, distributed throughout the House, inside and outside: ist's a SHAME!
Before you could easily add all your wanted sensors in the Dashboard, easily scroll down and you saw all curves ... It was great!
Now, you get a single curves, you have to click and click and click to Change anything. You are Not Sure what you are doing AND when selecting this new called Dashboard, you see only Temperatures, but Not all - the outside Temperaturen which ist below 10°C are not shown!
Does developers nowasays do not learn how to program? Are they only searching in the Internet, putting any parts of Code together they find.
There ist a reason, why you suddenly do not find any contact addresses to Tell Netatmo again and again, how terrible the new Website ist.
A Hobby programmer maybe can be proud, but for a professional, IT IS a SHAME!
Netatmo Weather is not longer smart and I will have a look for smarter products than Netatmo :-(
We would like to thank you for your comments and invite you to take a look at this new post
where you will find the reasons for migrating to the new WebApp, what is changing and what has been introduced.
As always, we are ready to listen to your needs, comments and suggestions.
Have a great day,
Giada

I quite agree!! The new dashboard on the website is completely useless. They have changed something that worked extremely well and was intuitive to use, into something that really is not fit for purpose.

I fully agree - the new user interface is useless - return the old one - please!!!
I have used NetAtmo products for seven years with great pleasure (weather, camera and heating). But now it seems that I have to find another company with a proper GUI - it really is a shame.
Has usability testing been forgotten? And Niels you are right - if it ain't broken, do not try to fix it.

I completely agree with you, the new site was designed by an ignorant person who has no idea what it means to display weather data... just look at what the Davis stations do... they are simply incompetent

Good morning! Netatmo must have had compelling reasons for introducing the new web interface. I do expect the company to disclose these reasons without delay. The timing is interesting. If Netatmo had bothered to involve its users in evaluating the beta version of the new interface - and done so for more than a week - the outcome could have been happier. Forcing migration at the start of a major holiday is another interesting choice. Why on earth couldn't the migration have waited until after Easter? Happy Easter!

What a terrible new dashboard, totally bad. What was wrong with the previous one making the change to this. My rain gauge does not show and there is no way I can add it to my dashboard. Hope you return to the old and better dashboard asap

Agree, this is a disaster.
In additon to the bad plots and user experience, it is useless on mobile devices.

The 'nail in the coffin' ! The outdoor module failed some months ago and replacement option is untenable. Now the 'dashboard' is changed without any consultation or user input and becomes unusable. The whole over-engineered ystem is now being consigned to the bin and I will get something much more user friendly from Ebay- at a fraction of the cost. Raymond

Hello The new website is absolutely unusable and a disaster. Before, you could see all the measured values at a glance and choose what you wanted to see. Now you have to select each sensor and the measured values individually. Who comes up with the idea of doing something like this, there was a survey during the beta phase, so they probably didn't listen to the users. The devices are not cheap, so you would expect better service. Why do you have to change something that works so well, shame on you.

We really appreciate your feedback on our new Webapp. Please, rest assured that we will take it into account for future developments to ensure that this application meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If it is top priority, give a link back to the old version with TOP PRIORITY! We are all wating for some action here NOT WORDS...

I can only agree with the many calls for the old website: customer feedback has the highest priority, which means: make the old website available again.
The Samsung browser is not supported, and you can't get any information from the amateurish new website. I've invested a lot of money in 6 additional sensors and can't get anything out of them.
Activate the old website again - NOW - and don't wait until you have failed miserably to somehow get the new wrong decision to work :-(

Absolutely agreed, new web app is terrible. Every useful feature missing and it does not even look better.
Netatmo even does not share list of changes and just goes with vague statement that unused features were removed. Well, the new app has nothing useful for me. I have used it for years, preferred it to mobile app. This new app is only good to remove completely, waste of money. Whoever decided to go with that had to be out of his mind.
Please, either fix the new app of return the previous, it you want me to buy your products ever again

Hi,
I agree with all of you. New web app design is stupid.
Only one detail view in main frame. All sensors list on the right side - why ?
And why there and why not on the left column ?
I must switch sensor by sensor to get complete measurement overview.
It is really useless :-(
I am looking for different product.

Totally agree with the comments above. The new interface limits the number of variables that can be looked at together. And changing the timebase resets the changes. The functionality of the old web app was great (& more useful than the iOS App) with the ability to set up all the variables of interest & then scroll up and down.
Like someone else in the comments, I'm unable to get a stand alone replacement model in my market without being a whole new kit. I've does this once because of the functionality of the total package, but if I have another device failure I will be very tempted to change systems.
I have had my system for a few years now & have been recommending Netatmo to others. Unless there is a rapid response to these issues (even allowing access to the old web app), I will be actively discouraging others from adopting Netatmo

As a user for over 12 years, I have found the new web control page is totally unusable. it seems to be aimed at the the few customers who want complex temperature data, and not us users who just need a page to easily control our heating temperature I am tech-savvy but I can find the setting I need. unless it's made easier to use I will be looking for a new product. Is it just happening to me or have they made the situation even worse by widening the left column and reducing the space dedicated to the graphs?
Should I think that they have put into production a version that is not yet complete?

Messy and confusing software.
The total monthly summation for precipitation has been removed. It would be really nice if you opened the possibility to be able to choose the early really good software version.
Sincerely
Jan Severin
The dashboard is divided into two parts : the central part and the right column. There are no visible scrollbars, but it is always possible to scroll down if you position the cursor in the middle of the page to see the graphs and weather forecasts and to the right to see the column with your data.
To view total rainfall by week, month, year, please go to https://home.netatmo.com/ and select the rain gauge in the right-hand column. You'll see the "Accumulated over the period" total at the top right of the graph.
To view total rainfall for each day on the application, please zoom out on the graph. As you move to the left or right, you'll see the daily total in the top left-hand corner.
Have a nice day,
Giada

I have to express agreement: the new webapp is extremely poor, and I hope it is going to get improved. What we need is:
- Overview of ALL data of ALL sensors without much switching.
- Sensible vertical scaling.
- Timestamp for timeliness of data.
