Weak radio signal Answered
I have smart thermostat in house with three floors, thermostat is on the third floor wifi rele is on the underground.
My problem is that RF signal between thermostat and relay is too weak.
Can you recomendet me any solutions for this case please?

Hello,
If a Valve is in limit of range of the radio signal of the Relay to which it is paired, and that this generates losses of connection, there are several solutions to improve the situation:
1. Slightly turn the Valve on its valve body: unscrew the gray ring and make sure the screen points to another direction. This will place the Valve antenna differently, and may improve the radio link of the Valve with its Relay.
2. If possible, move the Relay closer to the Valve:
a. Move the Relay to another electrical outlet.
b. Extend the boiler adaptor cables [for Valves paired with a Thermostat] using standard power cables so that it can be placed where the radio signal is stronger. Use 0.75mm² section cables to extend 10m or less, 1.5mm² section beyond 10m.
c. Install the Thermostat wired instead of wireless and connect the Relay to an electrical outlet in a room where the radio signal will be correct.
Remarks:
- There is no radio repeater compatible with our products.
- In the case of a home equipped with collective heating, it is possible to use several Starter Packs for collective heating.
- On the other hand, in the case of a dwelling with an individual heating equipped with a Netatmo Thermostat, it is not recommended to add a Starter Pack for collective heating, because the Valves paired with this one will not be able to activate the heating via the Thermostat.

I have the same problem, two floors to manage.
The boiler and 4 valves are on the ground floor, while 6 valves and the thermostat are on the first floor.
Should the valves on the ground floor be connected to another relay?
The only solution is for Netatmo to develop a repeater.Everything else you suggest is not practical.
