my outdoor module doesnt work
I changed the batteries but after that the outdoor unit does not work anymore
Same problem.
Mine draned the battery and Then stopped working..
After the batteries suddenly ran out quickly, the outside temperature and hydrometer no longer work. Just like many others on the forum. After many emails it is still unclear to me whether the unit is defective or due to the firmware update. There seems to be a connection, although the batteries run out quickly. Only the signal strength, battery and air quality are displayed.
Battery in outdoor module lasts for 2 hours, even tried when its only indoor! Poor quality, Netatmo.

Same problem. Random reconnection of outdoor module (temp and time differ) extra 3 indoor modules always connected. Opened outdoor module and taken apart, no moisture on pcb or contacts. New batteries several times. Works for a short while and then randomly. Relocated module (2m from indoor unit now and full rf signal level), same result. No further help from Netatmo (only suggestion; take inside and dry for a week) Suspect internal oscillator in outdoor unit that is unstable and drifts out of frequency. Software 53. No warranty left. Have to concider bying a complete new station as new outdoor module is not available in shops.
Outdoor sensor does not blink when new batteries are put it. It does not connect either. After an hour, one of the batteries was drained by 0.1 volts. Put new batteries in again. Still the same result.
