No way to find the support email. since the update netatmo is just a waste of time! i have more than 10 cams and only problems. netatmo goes down this way.

Hard to find the contact to support - I've wasted a lot of time digging until found possibility to submit a request to support. BUT after submitted, I coulnd't find anywhere the request in my account / profile.
Nothing works. Complete System turns off. one after the other. netatmot products dissapoint me so
much. So much time to get that working. Thinking about to change all
Take a look if you can fix my problems with updates from the distance. i will wait 10 more days.
