I keep getting notifications for animals even though I have always had the option disabled. I get a notification for movement and then the app changes it to animal on its own a few seconds later. I’ve now had netatmo cameras in my home for years and not sure what is happening but there’s something going wrong on a regular basis. Delayed notifications, disconnection, etc What on earth is happening? Netatmo please fix all the issues. Thanks!

    I have the same problem. I am really dissatisfied with my netatmo security. 6 months later and we still can't believe it. we will probably take it down and put it in the attic until further notice. it doesn't matter either where I put the cameras nor does it alert for motion detected. even if we go with our backs against 4sek. Unfortunately, this system is probably not recommended. And if you have the sensors for windows/doors further from the camera than about 4m, the reception will be lost. expensive and bad 👎
