Dev portal issues?

Hi

Loking at the dev portal today, and selcting one of my apps I only appear to be shown the "New App" form with no details. Is there an issue with the portal?

    ..registering new apps is broken both Firefox & Chrome

    ..no data available for existing apps

    Please solve this problem quickly, it's been too long already. Very disappointed by your lack of reactivity regarding the extent of the issue. I think many users will consider switching to another brand if you don't solve it soon, we need your apps!

    100% agree. It is especially disappointing that there are absolutely no status information from Netatmo about this problem, and it has been more than one week. Are they doing anything at all?

    Really sad to see the Netatmo API integration going downhill like this. First the enforced limitations on oauth, pretty much making all third party libraries obsolete. Now a malfunction dev portal.

    1. Creating an app through then portal leads to a 404 and a popup saying app created...
    2. Everytime we want to modify an app the dev portal is unresponsive. Looking at the browser console it sounds like you guys have a lot of 503 - service unavailable.

    Hi Leslie,
    For the moment, informations related to each application in Myapps are now available. However, it’s impossible to get data. Authentication process is failing somewhere and all authentication attempts are rejected.

    I can‘t Data from my created app either.

    Tokens are created but if I refresh the page, I get this error message and the Tokens are gone again.

    Hello all,

    @NA, you surely need to clean cache/cookies from your web browser. You could also try via a private navigation 

    @Wad II, I'm not sure to well understand at which step you're blocked. Can you please write me directly via contact-api@netatmo.com with screenshots if possible and explain me where it fails ?

    @GEORGzer, as far as I remember this process hasn't changed since we added this token generator feature : if you refresh the app page after a token generation it erases the values and sends this error message

    I use a product called Home Assistant, which gathers information about the cameras from your API, using the credentials for the app I created in the dev portal. Whilst your fix has fixed the camera streams and webhook integrations, the requesting product still does not receive any information about the light on the Welcome camera. 

    Before this issue, I would have the status of the light (on or off) available as well as being able to turn it on and off via Home Assistant, via the API.

    Is there something else that still isn;t working properly?

    Hello garywg,

    The problem was "just" a display of app's data, it did not affect the correct behavior of APIs or webhooks

    You should check at the bottom of your app's details if your webhook is not banned

    If it's OK, you surely have to redo an authorization request to Home Assistant app (revoke consent to the third-party app and redo the linking process to them)

    As Home Assistant is a third-party service, we are not linked to them or their developments. If you still face issues you should directly ask the question to their community

    Thanks Leslie for your help but I also have the same problem as garywg with camera presence on the JEEDOM application. “NOC-human” works well but not “NOC-off” and “NOC-on”.

    I ve the same problem as garywg, 

    i m using home assistant integration, and it'seems that my webhook is banned. I've no errors when setting the webhook but i m not receiving any data from netatmo servers. 

    All this happened 3 weeks ago after a global reboot of my network ( whitch usually cause webhook ban ).

    Then i came on the dev.netamo app interface and i realized the interface was not working. Then you fixed it few days ago, but my webhook seems to be still banned but showing ok.

    Even when i deny home assistant server connection to network for 30min to force a webhook ban

    nothing happen, webhook on the netatmo dev app interface stay clear.

    Hello,

    Could you please try the following and give me a feedback : 

    • connect to https://home.netatmo.com/ (you also can do it with the Netatmo native apps)
    • go to Parameters > My account > Third-party applications
    • go to Home Assistant or Jeedom and click "Revoke access"
    • redo the link in Home Assistant/Jeedom between your devices and their service

    My hope is that it will correctly re-declare webhooks by doing a "clean" /authorize request

    I tried it as well and I can confirm it's not better: I still receive the webhooks but the lights show unavailable in Home Assistant.
