Apple app (ios 17.1) can't connect to weather station, homekit works, tech support nonexistent
I noticed this wasn't working about a month ago and recently decided to look into it. The app told me it cannot find the weather station so I started troubleshooting using the netatmo website help suggestions. I ended up going down a rabbit hole following all the suggestions which included a complete restart and reinstall. So I probably lost all my data from before but did gain a good deal of frustration!
I wasn't aware of home kit until the end of trouble shooting suggestions, if I would have tried that earlier it would of saved a lot of time because that points straight to the app or further upstream.
1. You have an ongoing issue and it was not properly announced or described (email, or website special notice).
2. Here in US I found I had to go to the Legrand site to put in a request. No mention of weather station in faq's or products. When I go to make a request there is no mention of netatmo products. I did find a tech support email: Email Us: tech.support@legrand.us . I sent an email with a full description of my attempts and I received nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of receiving my email which was sent 3 days ago.
Really disappointed and am considering other options. Please tell us how you will notify us with update.

Hello @peterado,
Thank you for joining our Community!
Sorry but you are incorrect - I did exactly what you said and had to go to Legrand because I'm in the US and as I said above I sent a good description of the issue to Email Us: tech.support@legrand.us and still have not heard back. That is the definition of nonexistent tech support.
How about all the other issues I raised that you did not address, your answer feels like it came from a chatbot.
I stand by what I said your tech support is failing.
iOS app bug room names disappeared in bottom of page module section!!!!!!!
