problem with phone connection to relay box

when i replaced batteries in relay box and tried to switch on heating from phone i got a screen  saying welcome. I cant get any further despite resetting password.

    Hello,

    If you see the "Welcome" screen, please confirm the name of the device, and follow the instructions on the screen. You have to place the device in a room. Once done, you will get the app as before, nothing is lost.

    I cannot connect my phone to my relay. It was working fine then when I got the relay back after a service it just won’t connect. I have to turn the heating on manually it won’t turn on from my phone.

    After the repair, your old thermostat was still in your account. I have just made a reset of it, your device should work properly now.

    I have reinstalled a Netatmo NTH-ES-EC since the previous one was giving me problems both with the screen and the connection, redoing the whole installation process. The thermostat connects correctly to the relay, and the relay to the wifi, indicating that the connection has been completed successfully. My router identifies it correctly, but I can't connect from the app to the relay, even though I have followed all the instructions of  the advanced network troubleshooting guide (disable firewall, network 2.4, WPA2 enabled, no MAC address filtering, automatic wifi channels, etc).
    I only get a message of Rele Netatmo is not connected.
    I don't know if any cable can influence the lack of connection, but I would appreciate your help in this regard.

    Hi Guys

    My thermostat box is not working

    I have tried replacing the batteries but it is completely dead

    The serial no of the device is j0bfcf8

    Can you help

    Installed new relay and new thermostat.message then "phone could not connect to Netatmo Relay.
    Please help
