Cam detects robotic mower as animal Completed

All of my 4 Outdoor-Cams detect my robotic mower as an animal. I tried to learn the system with "improve detection" many times but the cam will not learn this.

I hope, someone from Netatmo will read this post because this is a software problem I could not resolve by myself.

    Hello,

    If the robotic lawn mower is detected as an animal, it might be because the camera's angle of view does not allow the camera to detect the wheels. You did well by clicking on "Improve detection" 😉

    However, please note that your report will not be taken in account immediately but will be sent to our Vision team for future improvements that will apply via an automated firmware update.

    I have the same problem since 1 year - in the first year 2022 the cam detect the mower as vehicle and only sometimes as animal. Now it is always an animal with big wheals (worx landroid). :(
