Main station won't update
I have a got a extra main station that I try to connect to.
From my app I swipe thru my existing modules and chose install.
Turn on your module it says. I put it into power and it starts go green.
next screen "tap at the top until blue or white blinks"
I do that and the station it is blinking white or something like white.
Next screen it says connecting and at the end it say now connected.
Next screen "update your module and update runs for some minutes and then:
"lost connection to yor module".
Have tried several times and close to the router.
Any Idea? Is it broken?

I am stuck at the same point and cannot use my weather station with rain gauge since I reset the main module in order to disconnect a dead outdoor module.
A few weeks ago I was able to solve the problem by using the Windows/Mac App as described in https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/en-us/articles/7758234008338-Smart-Home-Weather-Station-and-accessories However, unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the connectivity of the app, so this way is blocked as well and I am stuck with a non-functioning weather station
Thanks.. looking forward to a solution, since I now got another problem with my existing main module extra indoor modules.
My main station will not connect to extra indoor module.
If I change battery in extra module there should come a green light shortly.
But it does not.
Have tried several batteries and the are out in the correct way.
So at the moment I have 2 netatmo setups not working ?!!
I have the same problem with a second main unit. Tried EVERYTHING.. Even your PC wizard. Nothing works.
Has the problem been fixed or what?

no solution found. Will buy another solution which is not Netatmo !!!
I tried the wizard from another computer and that did the trick for me. Both PC. I was also very close to flush the system down the toilet.

wizard from computer? I only have it on phone as app?
There is a Windows app you can download from Netatmo. You connect the weather station to the pc, and the firmware update worked that way. After that is done its finctional again on the phone app

I have installed the windows installation on 2 pc's and it gets to there where I have to connect device with micro USB. I do and nothing happens.
Tried another USB cable and all ok :-)
And now all working... thanks for tip :-)
Hi, I have the same problem with Netatmo relay - it gets frozen when updatong the firmware (lost connection).
So no heating working at the moment.
I have iPhone / iOS only.
Cen You help me?

I did it from a computer and it solved my issue which was the same
Thanks for your comments. I succeded til update the main module using the above link og using a cable on my mac-computer. Now the system works with the app on the phone.
