Error Code 08.1.41

Hi, 

what does Error Code 08.1.41 mean? my netatmo-app is displaying it when i want to connect to my doorbell.

where are the error codes documented by the way?

    If you don't receive video, and you can't receive calls but you can open the door from your phone, your error code is probably due to the fact that you have a mesh Wi-Fi network. The solutions that have been proposed to me for this problem are unsatisfactory. I ended up throwing away my Netatmo device, not my Wi-Fi network, and buying a doobell from another manufacturer that does work with mesh networks.

    I installed a single Access Point with a different SSID only for the doorbell. That works fine since over a year.

    Hi there,

    my solution was a reset of the doofbell....after that it worked again like the 2 years before.... weird but .... yeah.....

    The solution proposed It is the same as slartibartfass indicates:

    Install a single Access Point with a different SSID only for the doorbell.

    And yes, that works, but I think that is a big botch job. Why do we have to buy a new access point, when doorbell from other manufacturers works without problems with mesh networks?

    I fully agree to cfierro, but given the fact that the doorbell ist discontinued and will not receive any functional updates, this is the only way to have a working doorbell instead of an electronic brick ;)

    I have an eero mesh network and touch wood have no issues with disconnecting. I have a single SSID for both 2.4 and 5 GHz. Be interesting to know what routers are giving issues!

    Ik krijg altijd foutcode 6 en ik kan geen verbinding maken met my home server 1 met mijn gsm toestel.wat wil foutcode 6 zeggen aub
