Thermostat display

I bought a new boiler and a netatmo wireless thermostat from homeserve approximently 3 years ago. The thermostat has a barcode on th box reading g11b17c and underneath NTH01-N-EC-Uk. The lcd screeen is beginning to fail with lots of black marks appearing on the screen. Can you supply this part please and could you give me a cost.

    My display packed in years ago. It was the obsolete and irreplaceable "A" version. It's hard to believe that Netatmo haven't recognized the issue and offered replacement thermostats. I'd even be happy to pay for a new one at a considerable discount but the thing still works for the time being. It's a first for me , for decades I've sourced replacement parts for scores of household items but sadly not Netatmo.

    Thank you, but there's nothing in help center about broken thermostat display - the lcd screen is failing with lots of black marks appearing on the screen.

    So basically what they will offer you if you made your purchase over 2 years ago is the €44 repair.
