Smart Door Lock completely unlocked (I used homekit)
Hello, I'm very unpleasantly surprised. I use a smart door lock and when I unlocked the lock via homekit, the outside knob activated and stayed active permanently (15 min). I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but this has happened twice in the last 3 days. I either have to remove the batteries and reinsert or insert a physical key into the lock.
I can't rely 100% on the lock this way and it makes the experience with the product worse. Can you please help me? Unfortunately the problem happens randomly and I am unable to replicate it purposefully.

Is this behaviour specific to the activation through HomeKit? ie. does it also happen when the Lock is actived via the Home + Security app?
Do you have HomeKit automations that could be responsible of this behaviour or disturb the normal functioning?
