Where can I get a spare part, the screw has snapped inside the base unit so unable to remount the wind gauge

Exact the same thing happened to me yesterday.

My baseplate for a wind gauge. As you can see the screw is locked in now and I want to purchase a base plate as the first post stated.

We have just had the same thing happen. Rendering the base plat and mount unusable. Please advise? Have photos too.
Well, this happened to me also. I got a message that the batteries should be replaced, and de screw snapped.
