Greetings!
My rain gauge has just started eating batteries. They are currently lasting about 5-7 days before needing replacement. Is there some way to reset the gauge that may get it working properly again or is it time to replace it?
Also, what happened to Netatmo Support? There is no option to contact support on the weather station pages nor on a few of the other help pages that I visited. This is not very helpful.
Click on "Products", choose the product you have, then the article closest to your situation and click on "Submit a request" at the bottom of the same article.
Our team will get reach you out to you by email.
Have a nice day !

My rain gauge has also started depleting batteries after only a couple of days. I also noticed that the battery compartment was getting hot when new batteries inserted. Assume gauge has developed a fault as continually drains batteries and can no longer function correctly.

I have the same issue. So far no difference between lithium and rechargeable batteries, they all drain down in one week... Did somebody found a solution?

This problem is a failure of the device. The only thing you can do is to replace the unit with a new one.

Thanks for the reply. I have the gauge now for 2,5 years, did it fall under warranty for you?
