How to move Weather Station to another home

A few months ago my Thermostat died and I had to buy a new one.

During the installation probably I have created a new home for it...now I have two homes, the old Home, with the old Thermostat (do I have to delete it?) and my Weather Station and the new Home with the new Thermostat.

It was not a big deal before but now with the new UI it is a mess, I have to switch from one home to the other to have the whole picture.

I understood from another thread that "I‘m afraid the software doesn‘t support moving devices between homes, sorry." so, should I have to delete everything and reinstall from scratch everything? Will I loose all data?

Please advise what's the best way to have one home with both Weather Station and Thermostat when those are currently in two different homes (same account).

    Hello,

    I have just created a support ticket for you to look into the situation together and suggest a solution. Please check your email inbox.

    For the community : you cannot move devices between your virtual homes. You need to reset the device and reinstall it.

    However, we can move the Weather Station (only this product) for you.

    Hi 👋 have had a weather station since December 22 but it failed and has been replaced. I don’t want to loose all that data. Is there a way of combining the old and new data into the new replacement indoor unit?

    Hi there,

    I have a similar problem with my Netatmo Weather Station. We moved from one house to another and I removed the Netatmo NWS01 from HomeKit before moving, however I receive the error “Accessory Already in Another Home” when adding it to our new place. I even tried going back to our old home, and adding the Weather Station back to our old HomeKit Home and still receive the same error. Tried the reset process and it hasn’t worked for me. Appreciate any tips or support

    I recently attempted to set up a Netatmo Weather Station but encountered the error: “Accessory already registered to another house.” I’ve followed all factory reset instructions (held the top button while plugging in power, waited through the red and green blinks), but the device still appears linked to a previous Netatmo account.

    Could you please remove this device from your server-side association, so I can set it up under my account?

    I have bought a new weather station (new model) and moved the old weather station including outdoor module to our summer house. I have difficulty with setting location for the summer house and also giving the old station the right name. How can I fix this issue?
