I have a problem with 3 out of 8 smart radiator valves that I own. I have had them for about 2 years and the teeth that grip the radiator valve have become brittle and broken. Please can you send me some replacement parts to fix these valves.
I am sorry you are experiencing this issue with your Valves. I confirm that the plastic teeth of the Valves are not replaceable.

I have the same problem with already 5 valves out of 10 (!) the quality of the plastic teeth are terrible and loose their stability after around 2 years. It is a shame that there is no replacement part and you will need to throw a functioning valve to the garbage. Did anybody have some luck to replace just the plastic casing? Is there any chance to repair them?

Hi Dino, I found on eBay someone did plastic teeth replacement by 3d printer.
I don’t know the quality, but as one piece costs 8/9 € it’s better than replace all the valve. Incredible that Netatmo knows the issue doesn’t provide this service.

I am writing this review after purchasing the valves a few years ago, the first in 2020, the last in 2021. In these months, out of 9 valves purchased, 2 have literally come off the radiator, finding them on the ground with the crumbled structure. After a few years also at me the teeth that grip the radiator valve have become brittle and broken. I am sending this message so that you do not invest your money (I spent more than €600) on Netatmo thermostatic valves, I bitterly regretted it. Now I will have to change the home automation system for the radiators

I have had the same problem with my valves. The plastic used by Netatmo does not seem fit for purpose. There is a fix but you need a 3d printer to print a new section using ABS plastic which you can then glue on to the valve body with super glue.
Netatmo must be aware of this problem and how easy it is to fix. Why don’t they sell a replacement parts kit to those who have existing valves and upgrade the plastic used in valves in future?
