Do not disturb-function disables itself after approximately 30 seconds or as soon as I close down the security app. This applies for all different durations. The problem is the same on my phone or tablet as well as for my partner. I haven’t seen any reported issues of this kind; is there a fix?
Best regards!
I confirm that the button "Do not disturb" is still in the home page of the Home + Security app.
You can also find it in Home + Security app > Settings > Manage my Home > Click on the name of the Room > Click on the name of your Doorbell > Chime > Do not disturb.
If you cannot see it, I recommend uninstalling, then reinstalling the app.
Have a nice day!

Yes, it seems that there is a bug. I have the same problem. I thought a reset will fix it but without success

After the App update from today v6.3.0 (1084) i don’t see the button anymore.
Where is it now? I don’t think that this is the solution now? 😅😂

Yeah. I can no longer see the option, neither where it used to be nor under the "chime" menu as instructed above.

Maybe it’s because indoor chime is deactivated?
My doorbell is wired with a external power supply from netatmo.

This option is deactivated because i have my doorbell connected to a external power supply. That all i can see under that option. I don't want to activate it because i receive a warning message, if i activate it, i might damage the camera. The wired chime is not installed.

Yes, I have just understood your case.
As the "Internal chime" is deactivated, the option "Do not disturb" does not appear, because activating it will damage your doorbell.
The option "Do not disturb" allows you to disable the internal chime triggering. In your case, you have no chime, therefore you do not need this option.
This functionality is useful if you have a baby sleeping, for example. There is nothing to do with the app's notifications.

If the do not disturb function is only to limit the use of a chime, then I would kindly ask you to include an option to "silence" the doorbell for a set amount of time. It is very annoying having it send notifications to your units every time someone passes by; for example when you are doing work in front of the camera or simply doing garden work where you and your family pass by multiple times.

Yes, i agree with flodstrom.
In my case all of my alexa devices rings as soon as someone rings the bell or my phone starts ringing even when swiping the notification 100x away which is also an annoying me but this is not for this topic 😄
