Spare part for rain gauge Answered
Good afternoon all.
The little white clip that fits in the top of the ran gauge has broken off. I think it's designed to stop debris getting inside. Can you advise if it's possible to purchase a replacement please?

Hello, my rain gauge bucket white top cap/clip has broken off too. The gauge wasn't showing the rainfall so I checked it manually with shaking and it's working but it seems that the cap is important, cause it looks that the rain water is not distributed evenly without. So, how can I get the replacement part? Thank you.

They just don’t reply anymore. Idk if we must open for every iteration of this same issue its own case or what?
You have to create a new post. Netatmo will then contact you and arrange for the spare part to be sent.
