Hello,
My thermostat is showing wrong temperature. It shows 39 degrees although it is 23. Resetting it in the menu does not help. What can be the rootcause?
Take it to another place and read what it says, if it gives you a different reading, perhaps these is a heat source too close to your original location.
But more likely it sounds like a broken thermometer and you should see if you can't get a replacement.

Use the "True Temperature" feature to correct the reading and see if it stays accurate.

I have a similar problem, Temperature drifts up now the thermostat reads 26, tough the current room temperatures is 20.2C. It drifted up the last 3 days. I tried the online advices of calibrating, however there is no such thing as described in the app. I also dont find any "True temperature" feature. What to do?

@GEORGzer there is no such thing as "True Temperature" now, the developers have removed it! The same as removing the ability to amend/create schedules on the web is quite amazingly stupid.
I am seriously thinking about ditching the brand for my new build house.

My apologies for the late reply, my account was not working and I was locked out from posting for a couple of weeks 😅
The True Temp feature for the Thermostat is a bit hidden in the settings.
In the Energy App you have to go to:
Settings
Manage my Home
„Your Home“
Then to the three dots … next to the home‘s name
and there it is
no clue why it‘s there and not one layer down under the Thermostat 🤷♂️

Just update from me - the true temparature did not fix it for me. I replaced it with a new Thermostat and it is working now.

I have few days ago installed a netatmo starter pack on 2 radiators. Both valves and the gateway are on the latest firmware. One of the valves starting reading erratic temperature figures completely off from the actual room temperature. I used the ios app to set the correct room temperature using "True Temperature" interface of the app but for some reason although the app confirms the set temperature as read on the thermometer both radiator display and the app claim to show colmpletely off figures. Say, I set true temp to 23 and confirm. I wait for a few seconds as I see the radiator valve reads 38. Then I wait for 10-20min to make sure that it's not changing before I once again attempt to set it to 23 then it starts reading 28. Even if I manage to get it to 23, it only stays there for a few min then swithes to a completely different temp like 18 degrees even if I do not touch anything. Apparently there is a unacceptable bug which I guess is getting firmware updtes and applying them. I believe netatmo will raise a ticket about this issue as I am not the onyl one trying to live with this in the middle of winter. What a shame :(

Can someone explain how the true temperature is working now. Previously I just adjusted it in the app and it changed the true temp straight away in the app and valve. Now it’s not, I’m having to increase the temperature to get the radiators going, and then quite quickly the true temp is following it up. So completely inaccurate, was working perfectly 5 months ago. And this is for all 7 valves
