Offline, but still recording
Hi.. My Netatmo Presence is offline in the app and on my PC, but the detection and recordings works fine and previews are visible in the app. I have tried to reset it numerous times and it will go all the way through the setup, including connecting to WiFi. But if I look in the camera config, there is no network connection..
If I look in my router (Google Mesh) the camera has an IP address and connection testing works fine.. What's wrong?

The issue is now solved. Please reboot your cameras and let us know if this persists.
If you are not able to reboot your devices, please be patient, everything should be back to normal in a few hours.

I have the same problem.
For me it’s the indoor cameras. One appears offline but recorded nonetheless. The other one seems disconnected
Same conditions too, too bad the sirens sound and there's no way to stop them Do you also know if there is a link where you can check if the server is down? Thank you

All my cameras are still offline....
All my outdoor camera are offline but still working on Apple Home Kit , this is a server problem , please fix it as soon as possibile.

I have 3 indoor camera. 1 camera is working ok but with the 2 others, issues as if the wifi was not comnected....

All three of my indoor cameras have been down since yesterday afternoon. Recordings are being made and the history is being updated. The LED is flashing red. One camera has been fully accessible again since yesterday evening. The other two are not.
I have the same problem with outdoor camera.
This situation is lasting almost one day! Hey, Netatmo, this is too much really!
I am with Netatmo ecosystem many years, but really you are, by this repeating failures, forcing me to consider complete replacement.

I have all cameras unreachable and sirens that continue to play...it's very noise situation. We urgently need a solution.
Please consider to add backup servers and also create an sw enhancement patch that give the possibility to stop the sirens on external and internal webcam when they are in this situation.

At 17:14 il server running, now is down again.
Netatmo is having such a problems all the time. All the time 10 years.

Absolutley Right. But this time it’s one time too much. That’s not a professional behavior. I’m going to sell my netatmo environment. Ordered already some other cams.

Indoor and outdoor cameras still disconnecting … it worked again for a few hours but disconnected again! Honestly this is just unacceptable.

I am from Denmark.
I have been down nearly 24 hours. It seems that Netatmo is working on it. My second camera is working now, my third camera is still down.
I had the same issue for 2 days ago.

If I didn't have all the cameras from Netatmo, I probably would have bought outdoor cameras from eve (Eve Outdoor Cam) some time ago (or currently).
Note: but these are only for Mac users as they save via AppleCloud.
(which is also a little point of criticism from me)
The cameras from Netatmo are the “fanciest” and there are some for inside and outside.
If everything works, they are actually good! :-)
Everything Still down!
Everything has been offline for days. A serious deficit for security products. My trust in Netatmo has been seriously dented. Support requests are not responded to promptly, which is also unacceptable! Then Netatmo should concentrate on toys, but if everything is declining like this, it will not be addressed in the security-related area!
Seems it works now.
Two outdoor and one indoor cam.
In the past, Netatmo had a link to their web pages where you can check if their servers are working properly. Do not know it this exists nowadays?
