I lost my Thermostat. Did you have any luck in your case? should I buy a new thermostat or will it not solve the problem?
Our wireless thermostat stopped working and just bought a new one it won't connect to my existing relay. Is this a simple fix. New thermostat is showing temperatures but not connecting to my app. Anyone able to help the house is freezing and I'm very close to replacing this system.
I used the new relay that came with thermostat and it worked, it took a long time, starting restarting, taking batteries out etc but then the problem was the app didn’t work but just when I was about to give up it just started working again including app, maybe I was been impatient and you need to give it time to sync up, hope that helps
Where can I purchase a new wireless thermostat please. My current one has a faulty display.
