Relay and thermostat not seeing each other

Hi there - everything has stopped working over the summer! The thermostat screen is blurry, and when I try to change the set time on the website it says it's disconnected. Could you please help - I have 3 children so need to fix before it gets properly cold! Many thanks!

    I've changed the batteries and held the thermostat next to the relay but nothing has changed btw...

    Did the screen refresh or show any signs of life when you put new batteries in the Thermostat?
